Welcome to The Juniper Oven (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website, social media pages, email, or direct messaging platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. A deposit or full payment be required to secure your order date.

Orders placed directly on the website will describe what you can expect from your purchase, any changes or add-ons will need to be a custom order or will have additional charges.
Completely custom orders and large orders, will need to quoted independently of the site prices and an invoice will be sent separately.
Orders under $300 must be paid in full 10 days prior to pickup/delivery.
Orders over $300 require a 50% non-refundable deposit, paid at time of order confirmation. Changes made after that date may incur additional costs. Full balance due 30 days prior to pickup/delivery date.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not completed by the agreed due date.
All orders are baked in Bend, Oregon from a cottage kitchen. Pick-up/meet-up or local drop off only. No shipping.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Custom Orders

We work closely with customers to create custom desserts and cakes based on inspiration photos, themes, colors, and requested designs.

Please note:

Exact replicas of cakes or desserts created by other artists may not be possible.
Colors, florals, textures, and decorative details may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.
Final designs are completed with artistic discretion while staying true to the overall vision discussed.

Allergens & Dietary Information

Our products are made in a kitchen that may process:

Wheat
Dairy
Eggs
Soy
Peanuts
Tree nuts

While we may offer gluten-friendly or other specialty items, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary concerns prior to ordering.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered:

Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage.

For best quality:

Keep cakes and cupcakes refrigerated if made with cream cheese frosting, fruit fillings, or perishable ingredients.
Bring desserts to room temperature before serving when appropriate.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom and perishable nature of baked goods:

All sales are final.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Orders canceled within [7–14] days of the event date may not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Refunds will not be issued for design preferences, minor color variations, or changes in taste preference.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can review the concern.

We reserve the right to photograph and share our work for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing before the event date.
